The Wabi-Sabi Barre Method is a 45-minute, low-impact strength class that blends the precision of classical Pilates, the structure of barre, and the integration of yoga.

This method is designed to build strength through controlled, intentional movement—focusing on alignment, stability, and deep muscular engagement.

Using light weights, bodyweight, and small, focused ranges of motion, each section of class targets the legs, glutes, core, and upper body in a way that is both challenging and supportive.

You will feel the work without sacrificing form.
