The Space


The Pilates Studio at Wabi-Sabi is a thoughtfully designed, multi-room space created to support focused, personalized work. Each room offers a quiet, intentional environment where you can move, learn, and build strength without distraction.

Equipped with classical Gratz apparatus, the studio honors the original method while providing both support and challenge at every stage of your practice.

Classical Pilates as A System


Classical Pilates is a comprehensive system of movement, not a collection of individual exercises. Each movement is part of a larger sequence designed to build strength, control, and balance throughout the body.

The work includes both mat and apparatus, each playing a distinct role in supporting and challenging the body. The equipment is not separate from the method, but an essential part of it, providing resistance, feedback, and assistance to develop strength, alignment, and control.
