
Somatic Pilates Foundations is a 4-week series designed to help you reconnect with your body through mindful movement, breath, and awareness.
This series blends the structure of classical Pilates with a slower, more intuitive somatic approach. Rather than pushing through movement, we explore how the body responds, adapts, and restores itself when given the space to move with intention.
Each session will guide you through foundational Pilates exercises while incorporating nervous system awareness, breathwork, and gentle exploration. You will begin to build strength, stability, and coordination from a place of control and connection.
This series is appropriate for all levels. It is especially supportive for those returning to movement, managing stress, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move in a more conscious and sustainable way.
