About Us


Wabi-Sabi Integrated Wellness is a space rooted in classical Pilates, yoga, strength, and integrative wellness. We are dedicated to intelligent, sustainable, and embodied practices that support the whole person.

Inspired by the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, we honor authenticity, presence, and the beauty of progress over perfection. Our work is grounded in the belief that strength and healing unfold over time, with consistency, care, and intention.

Led by founder and teacher Pia Oliveri, the studio blends the depth of classical Pilates lineage with the mindfulness of yoga and the supportive nature of integrative wellness practices. Sessions may include strength work, therapeutic movement, somatic awareness, and restorative modalities, all guided with precision and respect for the body.
