Virtual Classical Pilates Foundations

Virtual Pre-Pilates is a foundational, therapeutic movement class designed to prepare the body for safe, effective Pilates practice while supporting posture, core awareness, and joint health. This live online class focuses on breath, alignment, and controlled, low-impact exercises that gently strengthen the deep stabilizing muscles of the body.

Movements are primarily mat-based and can be adapted for chair support, making this class accessible for beginners, seniors, those returning to movement after injury, or anyone seeking a slower, more intentional approach. Emphasis is placed on spinal mobility, pelvic and shoulder stability, and mindful muscle engagement—building confidence and body awareness without strain.

No prior Pilates experience is required. A mat and small props such as a pillow, towel, or light resistance band are recommended.
