Mat Pilates: Strength, Alignment & Functional Core Training

This mat-based Pilates class focuses on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing breath control and flexibility. Each session offers a balanced, full-body workout with an emphasis on activating and strengthening the core muscles to support healthy movement in everyday life.

You’ll flow through controlled, purposeful exercises designed to lengthen, sculpt, and stabilize the body. Modifications are offered throughout the class, making the practice accessible for beginners as well as those with physical limitations, while still providing a satisfying challenge for more experienced movers.

Mat Pilates is a safe and highly effective method for improving muscular endurance, mobility, and overall body awareness. Expect to feel stronger, more agile, and more connected to your movement patterns both on and off the mat.

All levels are welcome.
