Standing Functional Strength + Yoga

Integrated Strength Flow is a strength-forward, standing yoga class designed to build stability, resilience, and confidence through functional movement and mindful flow.

This class blends weight-bearing strength training, balance work, and yoga-informed transitions to support bone health, posture, and everyday movement. Most of the class is taught upright, using the wall bars for support as needed. A brief seated portion is included for integration and recovery. No floor work is required.

Expect intentional, progressive movement that challenges strength while remaining accessible. This class is ideal for students who are comfortable standing and moving dynamically, but prefer to avoid getting down on the mat.

Integrated Strength Flow is not chair yoga or Pilates—it is a true hybrid that bridges strength training and yoga in an intelligent, functional, and supportive way.

This class is ideal for:
