Functional Strength & Mobility Training
Safe, effective strength work designed to improve bone health, muscle tone, balance, and functional movement. No previous experience required.
Somatic + Emotional Well-Being Practices
Grounding techniques, bio-tapping (EFT), embodied awareness, and gentle practices to release stored tension and reconnect to inner steadiness.
Weekly Meal Plans & Gentle Nutrition Support
Simple, nourishing weekly meal plans paired with education to improve energy, digestion, mood, and mindful eating—without dieting or restriction.
Personalized At-Home Fitness Plan
A customized strength and mobility plan tailored to your needs, offering structure, safety, and confidence between sessions.
