Memorial Day Practice: Remember. Celebrate. Feel.

Monday|May 25|9-10:15am Donation-Based


This Memorial Day practice is a space to honor, to feel, and to connect.

We’ll move through a heart-centered yoga practice supported by music, breath, and community, holding space for remembrance, gratitude, and the full range of emotion this day can bring.

This class is both reflective and uplifting. We move, we breathe, we feel, and we celebrate the life we are living.

All are welcome to come exactly as they are.

Perimenopause, Menopause & Beyond

Sunday| June 7| 11-1PM


A supportive, integrative workshop for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the evolving needs of the body.

This experience blends education, gentle yoga therapy, Pilates-based movement, pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, and guided discussion to support strength, stability, and a deeper connection to the body.

We will focus on:

Pelvic floor awareness

Understanding its connection to the core, breath, posture, and daily movement.

Strength and stability

Using Pilates-based movement to support the deep core, hips, and whole body.

Nervous system support

Exploring breathwork and grounding practices for this season of change.

Mobility and body awareness

Moving with care, curiosity, and respect for the body’s current capacity.

This is a space for learning, movement, conversation, and practical support.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body and simple tools you can continue using at home.

Light refreshments will be offered.

Juneteenth Yoga Celebration

June 19|Monday|9-10:15am


Join us for a special Juneteenth Yoga Celebration honoring freedom, resilience, movement, and community through accessible Kemetic-inspired yoga, breathwork, reflection, and connection.

This donation-based community practice will weave together mindful movement, intentional breathing, meditation, and moments of reflection in honor of Juneteenth and the ongoing journey toward healing, liberation, and collective wellness.

Rooted in ancient Egyptian traditions, Kemetic Yoga is a breath-centered practice emphasizing mindful movement, alignment, grounding, and inner balance. This all-levels practice is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and supportive for every body.

Together, we gather to move with intention, celebrate joy, honor resilience, and create space for remembrance, connection, and community.
