If you’re new here, you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Many clients come in unsure of exactly what they need — whether they are navigating pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to feel better in their body. You will be guided every step of the way.

How to Begin

The best place to start is with an Initial Assessment Session.

This one-on-one session allows us to understand your body, your history, and your goals so we can create a plan that is right for you.

You don’t need to choose between Pilates, yoga, or training — you will be guided based on what your body needs.

From there, we will determine the most supportive path forward, whether that includes private sessions, small group work, or a combination of approaches.
