Yoga for Back Care

A gentle, therapeutic practice to support your spine, your posture, and your whole-body well-being.

In this specialty class, we move slowly and intentionally to nurture the natural curves of the spine, unwind chronic tension, and rebuild strength where your body needs it most. Each session blends mindful breathwork, core stabilization, and functional mobility practices designed to ease tightness in the lower back, soften the upper-back and neck strain that comes from everyday life, and improve the way you move—on and off the mat.

With thoughtful alignment cues and accessible variations, this class meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re healing from injury, navigating chronic discomfort, or simply seeking a more resilient and balanced back, you’ll learn how to move with precision, confidence, and compassion for your body’s unique story.
