Virtual Serenity Hour

Virtual Serenity Hour is a live, online practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and restore balance—wherever you are. This deeply calming class weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, guided relaxation, and moments of stillness to support nervous system regulation and emotional ease.

Practices are accessible and adaptable, with options to remain seated, reclined, or lying down. This class is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, chronic tension, or simply seeking a quiet pause from the pace of daily life.

No prior experience is required. Props such as a blanket, pillow, bolster, or chair are encouraged to create a sense of comfort and safety.

Live via Zoom. Please register in advance to receive the class link and allow yourself this hour of rest, reflection, and gentle renewal.
