Virtual Gentle Yoga

This live-streamed Gentle Yoga class offers a nurturing, accessible practice designed to support mobility, circulation, and nervous system regulation—all from the comfort of your own home. Movements are slow and intentional, with thoughtful transitions, breath awareness, and options for chair support or floor-based practice.
