Virtual Chair Yoga

Virtual Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice designed to support mobility, circulation, balance, and relaxation—without getting down on the floor. Using a sturdy chair as the primary prop, this live online class offers mindful movement, breath awareness, and simple stretches that can be done safely from a seated or supported standing position.

This class is ideal for seniors, beginners, those managing injuries, chronic conditions, or limited mobility, as well as anyone seeking a softer, more supportive yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on joint health, posture, gentle strengthening, and nervous system regulation, with encouragement to move at your own pace and honor your body’s needs.

No prior yoga experience is required. A chair without arms is recommended, along with comfortable clothing and an open, compassionate mindset.
