Begin the week with intention in this all-levels morning flow designed to gently awaken the body and steady the mind. Sunrise Flow blends breath-led movement, mindful strength, and accessible sequencing to support mobility, balance, and mental clarity—without rushing or force.

This is a grounding, steady practice that honors where you are each morning, offering space to move with awareness and carry that sense of calm focus into the day ahead.
