Sunrise Burn:Strength & Stretch

Start your day strong, centered, and grounded. Early Burn is a dynamic 60-minute class that blends functional strength training with deep, mindful stretching for a perfectly balanced morning workout.

The first 30 minutes focus on full-body strength circuits using light to moderate dumbbells, kettlebells (optional), and stability balls to energize your muscles, activate your core, and boost your metabolism. Expect a mix of standing, seated, and balance-challenging movements that build strength safely and effectively.

The final 30 minutes shift into slow, restorative stretching designed to lengthen tight areas, release tension, and create spaciousness throughout the body.

You’ll leave feeling powerful, open, and ready to take on your day with clarity and ease.

Equipment:

Yoga mat, light to moderate dumbbells (2–10 lbs), optional kettlebells, stability ball, optional resistance bands.
