
A 45-Minute Gentle Class for Releasing Tight, Unloved Areas of the Body
Pure Stretch is a 45-minute slow, mindful movement class designed to gently release the areas of the body that often feel tight, overworked, or overlooked—especially the neck, shoulders, back, and hamstrings.
Using supported stretches, simple mobility work, and conscious breathing, this class helps ease stiffness, improve range of motion, and restore a sense of ease in the body. Movements are accessible, unhurried, and intentionally paced, making this a deeply supportive practice for all levels.
Pure Stretch is the perfect complement to our 45-minute Cardio, Balance & Strength class that follows. Taken together, the two classes create a complete 90-minute experience—preparing the body through gentle opening and mobility, then building strength, balance, and vitality.
You’re welcome to attend Pure Stretch on its own or pair it with the class that follows for a well-rounded, feel-good morning practice.
