Chakras Through the Eyes of Love: A 7-Week Heart-Centered Yoga Therapy Series

This gentle yoga therapy series explores the chakra system through the lens of love, compassion, and embodied awareness.

Rather than approaching the chakras as something to fix, activate, or perfect, we will experience them as expressions of love already alive within the body — places where safety, emotion, strength, tenderness, truth, wisdom, and wholeness naturally live.

Each class offers a carefully paced experience that supports nervous-system regulation, presence, and integration.

🧘‍♀️ What Each Class Includes

  • A gentle, therapeutic yoga practice

  • A short reflective teaching grounded in embodied wisdom

  • A guided meditation for integration and rest

  • Subtle use of essential oils, mudras, and sound as supportive companions

All elements are offered as invitations — never requirements — allowing each student to participate in a way that feels safe and supportive.

🌿 Sensory Supports (Used Gently & Intentionally)

  • Essential oils to support presence and relaxation

  • Mudras (simple hand gestures) to focus attention and encourage steadiness

  • Sound (soft toning, mantra, or instruments) to support settling and integration

These practices are woven in quietly and respectfully, with options always available for those who prefer to opt out.

Over seven weeks, we explore all seven chakras, each through a heart-centered theme such as:

  • Love as safety

  • Love as permission

  • Love as self-trust

  • Love as compassion

  • Love as truth

  • Love as inner knowing

  • Love as wholeness and integration

No prior knowledge of the chakras is required.
