Chair Yoga

A joyful, uplifting class that supports the body, engages the mind, and celebrates community.

This isn’t your typical chair yoga class — it’s a full mind-body experience designed to help you move, stretch, laugh, and feel amazing. Using the support of a sturdy chair, we explore both seated and standing postures to build strength, improve balance, increase mobility, and release tension safely and confidently.

But the magic is in the extras.

We move to music, flow through light choreographed routines, and enjoy playful chair dancing that brings joy, rhythm, and creativity into the practice. You’ll feel your energy lift as your body warms and your spirit opens.

To support cognitive health and neuromuscular connection, we also incorporate simple brain-boosting games—like naming gender-neutral proper names, memory challenges, and light wordplay that keeps the mind sharp and engaged while we move.

This class is a blast—supportive, social, energizing, and full of laughter. Whether you’re looking to increase mobility, build strength, improve coordination, or simply enjoy movement in a fun and welcoming environment, this class will meet you exactly where you are.
