A classical Pilates–inspired experience designed for every body, using the support of a chair and the power of intelligent movement.

This dynamic Chair Pilates class blends the precision of classical Pilates with functional strength training—using light dumbbells, therabands, the Pilates magic circle, and stability balls to awaken your powerhouse and create strength that feels supportive, sustainable, and deeply aligned with your daily life.

Moving at a steady, accessible pace, you’ll explore seated and standing sequences that safely challenge your balance, build core integrity, improve posture, and increase joint mobility. The chair provides grounding and support; the props add gentle resistance, feedback, and sculpting power—helping you connect to your body with clarity and confidence.
