Beginner Pilates Duet Series (4 Weeks)

A gentle and supportive introduction to the Pilates method, designed for two clients beginning their journey on the equipment.

Over four weeks, you will be guided through the foundational principles of classical Pilates, learning how to move with awareness, build strength, and develop a deeper connection to your body. Sessions may include reformer, chair, and mat work, with a focus on proper alignment, breath, and control.

Clients are thoughtfully paired to create a comfortable and balanced experience. No prior Pilates experience is needed.

This series is ideal for those who are new to Pilates or looking to revisit the fundamentals in a calm, personalized setting.

No partner needed — clients are carefully matched.

Upon completion, clients may continue with ongoing duet sessions or private training.
