Semi-private personal training offers a supportive, small-group setting (2–3 participants) with individualized attention and shared motivation. This format is ideal for friends, couples, accountability partners, or those who enjoy training alongside others while still receiving personalized guidance.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to address strength, mobility, balance, and functional fitness, with exercises tailored to each participant’s needs and goals. Sessions may include bodyweight training, resistance work, stability exercises, and mindful conditioning, all with an emphasis on proper alignment, safe progression, and sustainable results.

Semi-private training provides the best of both worlds—personalized coaching within a collaborative environment—supporting consistency, confidence, and long-term well-being.

These sessions focus on fitness and functional movement and do not include yoga therapy, Thai Yoga Therapy, or bodywork.
