How to Begin

Every body is different. Your movement, your history, and your goals deserve to be understood before beginning.

All private sessions begin with a 60-minute Initial Assessment Session. This is where we take the time to learn about you and begin working together in a thoughtful, personalized way.

Your Initial Assessment Session (60 minutes)

This first session is both a conversation and a hands-on experience. We begin by discussing your health history, current concerns, movement background, and any medications or treatments that may impact how your body responds to movement. You will also have space to share your goals and ask any questions.

From there, we move into a guided movement assessment which may include elements of yoga, Pilates, or strength-based work. This allows us to observe posture, alignment, mobility, stability, and overall movement patterns.

This is not just an evaluation. You will begin moving, learning, and experiencing what it feels like to work in a way that supports your body from the very first session.
