Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact movement practice that blends slow, intentional motions with mindful breathing. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi encourages the body to move with softness, balance, and fluidity—like water flowing through a quiet stream.

Suitable for all fitness levels, Tai Chi can be practiced standing, standing with support, or seated. The controlled, flowing movements help improve muscle strength, joint mobility, posture, and coordination while also enhancing balance and stability. Because the practice is slow and mindful, it is highly effective for calming the nervous system and reducing stress.

This class guides you through traditional forms and simple sequences that build inner and outer strength, support healthy aging, and cultivate a sense of grounded ease.
