What This Work Is

SomaVeda® sessions are client-clothed and conducted on a mat or table, depending on individual needs, comfort, and therapeutic intention. Sessions may include assisted movement, passive stretching, mindful therapeutic touch, breath awareness, and moments of stillness, allowing the body to soften, reorganize, and respond at its own pace.

Rather than applying isolated techniques, SomaVeda® works through relationship and rhythm—meeting the body repeatedly with care, curiosity, and respect. The focus is not on forcing change, but on creating the conditions where change can emerge naturally.

How SomaVeda® Is Often Used

SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy may be experienced as a complete and stand-alone therapeutic practice, or woven thoughtfully alongside other forms of care.
