Raise the Barre

This Barre class blends elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and low-impact cardio into one dynamic, full-body workout. Through high repetitions, controlled movements, and intentional alignment, you’ll strengthen major muscle groups, improve balance, and build powerful muscular endurance.

Expect a mix of standing sequences at the barre (or chair), core work, and grounded mat exercises—all designed to sculpt the body, elevate the heart rate, and enhance overall mobility. The movements are accessible, low-impact, and delivered at a steady pace that supports both strength and stability.

No ballet experience is required—just a willingness to move, challenge yourself, and have fun.
