This one-on-one session is designed to understand your body, your history, and your goals. We assess posture, movement patterns, and areas that may need support, and begin gentle, guided movement tailored specifically to you.
This session may include a blend of Pilates, yoga, or strength-based work depending on what your body needs.
From here, we create a personalized plan to support your strength, mobility, and overall well-being, including guidance on session type and frequency.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you begin. This session is the first step in a guided and supportive process.
