Balance & Bloom: A Spring Equinox Experience

A Pilates-Led Movement Class with All-Levels Yoga Flow

Welcome the return of spring with a Pilates-led movement experience that blends reformer-inspired mat work, dynamic yoga flow, and mindful renewal.

This special Spring Equinox gathering begins with reformer-inspired mat exercises, using light hand weights and controlled movement to recreate the feeling of resistance and precision found in Pilates equipment. These exercises build deep core strength, improve alignment, and introduce the intelligent movement patterns that make apparatus-based Pilates so effective.

From this strong and centered foundation, the practice expands into an all-levels yoga flow, allowing the body to move more dynamically through standing sequences, balance work, and fluid transitions.

The evening will close with gentle stretching, a short guided meditation to welcome the new season, and an invitation to stay for a quiet cup of tea together.
